A Multi-Gable Frame is a PEB framing system where two or more gable (double-slope) frames are connected side by side to cover a very large floor area.
Each gable has its own ridge, and they are joined with valley gutters in between.
Used when a single clear-span or multi-span frame becomes uneconomical for extra-wide buildings.
Consists of multiple adjoining gable frames.
Valley gutters used to handle rainwater between ridges.
More economical than a single very wide frame.
Allows phased expansion (add more gables later).
Advantages of Multi-Gable Frames
✅ Covers very large areas (beyond 100 m width). ✅ More economical than single-span structures. ✅ Easier to expand by adding more gables. ✅ Provides functional separation of spaces (each gable can house a different activity). ✅ Handles wind and snow loads effectively with multiple ridges.
